Bassett Road

The complete re-construction of a substantial but derelict semi-detached Victorian house in W10, behind a retained façade which was fully restored. We created a new basement under the front garden for a self-contained staff flat, new internal steel frame, floors, walls, roof, windows and doors, substantial rear extensions, new central staircase, and all interiors, bath and shower rooms, kitchen, & panelling to reception spaces.

We subsequently worked on another house in the street to add a large rear extension.

Key achievement – by managing subcontractor’s on behalf of the clients and meticulous attention to detail we created what one of the owners called ‘the most beautiful house in London’ in a very cost-effective manner.
