The complete re-construction of a derelict 2 storey 19th Century warehouse to form a 4-storey block of 10 apartments.

Commenced 2007, completed 2014 with the addition of a part 3rd floor, GTA also participated in the development through an associated SPV which we set up.​

Key Achievement - By adopting a very contextual design approach and working with the LPA and neighbours we secured consent for additional stories previously refused and upheld at appeal, when the building was owned by another developer, substantially improving value.
