Regents Park Road
The reconstruction and extension of a Victorian house in Primrose Hill, with all the original features retained and restored and some contemporary interventions.
The design involved lowering and remodelling the lower ground floor to provide an immediate sense of open plan harmony, and an additional 150 square metres of floor space. A further enhancement was the addition of a glazed floor overhead.
At the rear of the property there is a contemporary frame-less glass extension leading to the newly landscaped garden and fresh water lap pool area.
Key achievement - combining the contemporary with the period and interior with exterior space.
