A new hotel/hostel cross over we are doing for Accor in Shoreditch. 8 storeys, 3 below ground and 5 above. A mixture of conventional hotel rooms and multi-person shared rooms, but all with their own showers, WC’s, etc. For the shared rooms the offer is the comfort and security of a hotel with the price of a hostel and all the other social interactions that go with it. The scheme also includes bars/restaurants and cinema open to the public.
