Teesside International Airport

We have worked with Teesside International Airport since 2019, supporting the airport in developing their aviation and non -aviation masterplans prior to reopening, and maximising revenue opportunities from aviation and non -aviation uses on an ongoing basis.

Projects have included:

• Preparation of north side phased masterplan for aviation and non -aviation uses including Terminal extension, MRO and aircraft hangars, Cargo and Logistics facilities (completed)
• Preparation of south side masterplan for Commercial and Logistics uses, MRO and Aircraft hangar usage (completed)
• Cargo facility with full cargo screening capability (completed)
• Aircraft MRO hangar for Draken (completed)
• Code C paint facility hangar for Airborne Colours (completed)
• Masterplan for 1 no Code E MRO bay, 4 no Code C MRO bays, FBO and support apron and landside areas for Willis Aviation (completed)
• Modular drone cargo facility (proposal)
• Southside Code C MRO facility (proposal)

We have ongoing relationships with the Airport, and key operators such as Draken, Willis and Fedex.
