Cranfield Airport

We have collaborated with Marshall Aerospace since 2017. Our initial commission involved the assessment of various airfields for the relocation of 90,000sq.m. of MRO, support facilities, head office, training centre etc.

The following commission led to the development of detailed masterplan proposals and successful attainment of an outline planning consent at Cranfield Airport for the full aerospace operation including:

• 12 MRO bays
• Paint shop
• Support manufacturing, testing, storage facilities
• Head office, training centre
• Landside car parking and surface access
• Aircraft stands, apron, taxiway
• Ground run enclosure
• Utilities connections

We have worked closely with Marshalls stakeholders, developing a deep understanding of the various aspects of their complex and specific operations, and now continue to do so with further review of relocation options for the Aerospace business.
