The rescue and refurbishment of Grade 2* listed Dogmersfield Park, a former Country Estate and latterly Girls School, comprising Principal house, stable blocks and courtyard, walled gardens, temples, lake and grounds. The project commenced after the main house had been significantly damaged in a fire, and left exposed to the elements. The project was undertaken over a five year period, and as well as the comprehensive refurbishment of all the existing buildings and grounds, a classical format building was added as the first part of a new quadrangle. The estate was bought by an American Computer company as their European Headquarters, and then latterly has been purchased by the IHG Hotel Group, and is now a five-star country hotel, with the quadrangle completed. Significant engagement with the Local Authority (Hart DC) and English Heritage was required over the course of the project. The project was awarded the IDRC prize for Heritage and Conservation.

GTA provided Lead design, Architectural, Heritage and Landscape design services over the course of the project.
