The design and construction of a 95,000 sq ft constant climate cargo facility. The building contains a fully automated cargo handling system, climate controlled cold rooms and storage areas, and sophisticated break and build operations. The building is complete and currently undergoing operational readiness trials. GTA are providing Lead Design, Architecture, and Traffic Planning design services.
