A competition design entry for a new 35MPPA International terminal in the Philippines, to be designed to reflect 21st century aviation process concepts, with strong local references

 

We designed a multilevel terminal with exceptional levels of service flexibility, to ensure that the operators could use the terminal in a variety of ways and respond to changing technology and process requirements over time. The building is totally modular, and can be substantially pre fabricated; services and systems are all located so that they do not impact internal planning, and can be accessed, modified and removed without impacting day to day operations. Internally and externally, the building references locally sourced finishings and techniques of material decoration and fabrication.
